SwiftForge Web LLC ("SwiftForge Web", "we", "us") operates swiftforgeweb.com. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We serve business customers in the United States, so this policy is written primarily around US privacy law — the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA).

What we collect

  • Information you submit through our forms: your name, business email, store URL, phone number (if you provide one), and whatever you write about your store.
  • Analytics data collected automatically through Google Analytics 4 — for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies.
  • Booking data if you schedule a call through our booking tool, which processes your name, email, and chosen time.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, prepare and deliver our services, schedule calls, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

We do not sell or share your personal information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA. We have not done so in the preceding 12 months.

Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

  • Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use it.
  • Delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — although, as stated above, we do not sell or share it.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact form. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes the law requires. You may authorize an agent to act on your behalf.

Data we share with service providers

We use a small number of third-party processors to run the site and our business: Google (Analytics), our email and hosting infrastructure, and our booking provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies for Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on. Blocking analytics cookies does not affect your ability to use the site.

Retention

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymize it.

Visitors outside the United States

If you contact us from the European Union or elsewhere, we also honor the equivalent rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection under the GDPR as an additional protection. Our engineering is based in Slovenia, EU.
