WooCommerce speed optimization, guaranteed in writing.
WooCommerce speed optimization starts with finding out where the time goes. A slow WooCommerce store is losing orders on phones, and the cause is rarely the theme. We measure your store the way Google does, find what is actually slowing it down, quote a fixed price to fix it, fix it, and then keep it fast on a server we run. Mobile Lighthouse Performance of 80 or more within 30 days of the fix being finished, or the next month is free.
The problem
Nearly every slow WooCommerce store we open is slow for the same handful of reasons. The wp_options table has years of autoloaded data nobody cleaned up. A dozen plugins run their own queries on every page load. wp_postmeta has grown to millions of rows with no index that fits the queries. Full-page caching was switched on but never configured around the cart and checkout, so it either breaks the cart or caches nothing. And the store sits on shared hosting that oversold the machine. Underneath all of it, WordPress, WooCommerce and PHP are years behind. More on the WooCommerce page.
What's included

- Written findings ranked by business impact, with a fixed quote for the fix.

- Autoload and options-table clean-up, transient discipline.

wp_postmetaandwp_posts. - Object caching and full-page caching set up with correct cart and checkout exclusions.

How it works
Speed Audit
Fixed price. 3 business days from receipt of access. We go through your code, database, server and settings and measure your speed the way Google does. You get written findings ranked by business impact and the fixed quote for the fix. Credited in full against the Speed Fix if you proceed.
Speed Fix
Software brought up to date, settings tuned, caching set up right around the cart and checkout. The exact price is in your audit, before you commit. From 7 working days, depending on what needs doing. 50% on start, 50% on delivery, with the $750 audit taken off.
Monitoring
Your store runs on a dedicated server we manage: uptime and security monitoring, WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin updates, daily backups and a monthly report with your Google speed scores. Month to month, no minimum term. It is part of every fix, because running on our server is what lets us guarantee the speed.
Price
The audit is $750. The fix is from $2,500, with your exact price set in the audit and the $750 credited in full against it. Monitoring is from $395/month, no minimum term; a store that also wants engineering hours every month takes Managed Engineering from $950/month instead (the two plans side by side are on the maintenance plans page). Everything we sell, with the guarantee in full, is on the pricing page.
The guarantee
If your store doesn't reach a mobile Lighthouse Performance score of 80 or more within 30 days of the fix being finished, the next month is free. Measured with Lighthouse mobile via Google's PageSpeed Insights from a US test location: the median of three consecutive runs on your home page, your top category and your top product page. A baseline is captured before any change, using the same method, so you can see exactly what moved. Third-party scripts added after handover (analytics, chat, pixels, review widgets, A/B tools) are excluded, because they run outside our control.
Want to see where you stand now? Run Google's speed test on your store: it takes about 30 seconds.
Questions
How much does WooCommerce speed optimization cost?
The Speed Audit is $750, fixed. The Speed Fix is from $2,500; your exact price is written in the audit, before you commit, and the $750 is credited in full against it. Afterwards your store runs on Monitoring, from $395/month, month to month with no minimum term.
How long does it take?
The audit takes 3 business days from the moment we have access. The fix takes from 7 working days, depending on what the audit found. The guarantee is measured within 30 days of the fix being finished.
Why is my WooCommerce store slow?
In nearly every store we open it is the same handful of causes, and it is almost never the theme: wp_options autoload bloat, plugins running queries on every page load, an unindexed wp_postmeta table, full-page caching that was never set up around the cart and checkout, and a host that oversold the machine. Underneath all of it, software versions years behind.
Do I have to move my store to your server?
Yes, after the fix. Monitoring is part of every Speed Fix because we cannot keep a store fast on a server we do not control. Plugins update, traffic shifts, someone installs something new; a store tuned once and then left alone is slow again within a year. There is no minimum term.
What if my store needs more than a speed fix?
Then the audit says so. If the findings show a broken upgrade, abandoned plugins or a database that has never been tuned, you get a fixed quote for a Store Rescue instead, with the reasons. You decide with the findings in hand.
Will a new theme or a page builder fix it instead?
Usually not. A new theme on top of the same database, the same plugins and the same hosting carries the same problems with it. The audit measures where the time actually goes before anyone spends money on a redesign.
