WooCommerce maintenance, from $395 a month. No minimum term.
WooCommerce maintenance is the work nobody notices until it stops: updates applied, backups taken, the server watched, the store kept fast. Your store runs on a dedicated server we manage, and you get a monthly report that says what changed and why. Two plans: Monitoring from $395 a month, or Managed Engineering from $950 a month when you also want engineering hours and someone to call.
The problem
Most WooCommerce stores don't fail because of one bad decision. They fail because for three years nobody was responsible for them. WordPress, WooCommerce and a dozen plugins each ship updates on their own schedule; apply them blindly and checkout breaks, skip them and the store is running known security holes. Backups exist on paper until the day someone needs one. And a store tuned once and then left alone is slow again within a year, because plugins update, traffic shifts and someone installs something new.

How you start
- Technical Review, $750. Fixed price, 3 business days from receipt of access. We go through your code, database and server and you get written findings ranked by business impact. The review also says whether your store can move onto our servers as it is.
- The move, or a rescue first. If the store can move, we move it and your plan starts. If it needs work first, the review comes with a fixed quote for a Store Rescue, and the $750 is credited against it. Every rescue ends on one of the two plans, with our guarantee: a mobile Lighthouse Performance score of 80 or more within 30 days of the rescue being finished, or the next month is free.
- Month to month. Updates, backups, monitoring and your monthly report from then on. Cancel any month.
Price
Monitoring is from $395/month: no engineering hours, no minimum term. Managed Engineering is priced by store size, so a small store isn't paying for a big store's traffic:
| Your store's annual revenue | Managed Engineering |
|---|---|
| $350k – $800k | $950/month |
| $800k – $2M | $1,450/month |
| $2M – $5M | from $1,950/month, depending on your traffic |
A smaller store usually doesn't need engineering hours every month, and Monitoring is the better fit. Need ongoing development every month? Active Engineering is from $3,500/month: everything in Managed Engineering plus a fixed block of development time, planned with you each month. The full tables, including the rescue that may come first, are on the pricing page.
Questions
How much does WooCommerce maintenance cost?
Monitoring is from $395/month: hosting on a dedicated server we manage, uptime and security monitoring, WordPress, WooCommerce and plugin updates, daily backups and a monthly report. Managed Engineering, which adds engineering hours, performance tuning and small fixes, is priced by your store's annual revenue: $950/month for $350k–$800k, $1,450/month for $800k–$2M, and from $1,950/month for $2M–$5M depending on traffic. No minimum term on either.
What does a WooCommerce maintenance plan include?
Both plans: hosting on a dedicated server we manage, uptime and security monitoring, platform and plugin updates, daily backups and a monthly report. Managed Engineering adds updates tested on a staging copy first, engineering hours, performance tuning, small fixes and content changes, emergency recovery included, and direct access to your engineer rather than a ticket form.
Is there a contract or a minimum term?
No contract, no minimum term, no notice period. Cancel any month. Your code stays in your repository and your credentials stay yours the entire time.
Can I keep my current host?
No. Both plans include the hosting, because we cannot keep a store updated, backed up and fast on a server we do not control. Your store runs on dedicated servers we manage, in Europe and the US, with caching set up around the cart and checkout and a CDN when your store needs one.
How do I start?
With a $750 Technical Review: fixed price, 3 business days from receipt of access. You get written findings ranked by business impact, and the review tells us whether your store can move onto our servers as it is. If it can, we move it and your plan starts. If it needs work first, the review comes with a fixed quote for a Store Rescue, and the $750 is credited against it.
What happens when a plugin update breaks something?
On Managed Engineering, updates are tested on a staging copy before they reach your store, so most breakage never gets that far. On both plans we take daily backups, and emergency recovery is $1,500 flat on Monitoring and included on Managed Engineering, where you also go first.
