Managed PrestaShop hosting, by people who have been inside PrestaShop for most of its life.
Most hosts can run PrestaShop. Few can read it. We've worked in PrestaShop's codebase since before it was unfashionable (Smarty, overrides, modules, every migration path) and we host the stores we look after on dedicated servers we manage ourselves, in Europe and the US. From $395 a month, no minimum term.
What you get
- Hosting on a dedicated server we manage. No shared hosting, no overselling.
- Caching set up around your cart and checkout, and a CDN when your store needs one.
- Uptime and security monitoring.
- PrestaShop and module updates applied on a schedule.
- Daily backups.
- A monthly report on how your store is doing.
Two plans
| Monitoring from $395/month | Managed Engineering from $950/month | |

| Updates tested on staging first | No | Yes |

Managed Engineering is priced by store size: $950/month for stores doing $350k–$800k a year, $1,450/month up to $2M, and $1,950–$2,900/month up to $5M depending on your traffic. The full tables are on the maintenance plans page.
Why a PrestaShop store shouldn't sit on generic hosting
When a PrestaShop store goes slow or goes down, the cause is usually inside PrestaShop: a module running a heavy query on every page, Smarty cache misconfigured, combination or layered-navigation queries that grew with the catalog, a half-finished upgrade. A generic host sees a PHP process using too much CPU and tells you to buy a bigger plan. We open the module and fix the query. That's the difference between hosting PrestaShop and hosting it well.
How you start
Every store starts with a $750 Technical Review: fixed price, 3 business days from receipt of access. We go through your code, database and server and send you written findings ranked by business impact, including whether your store can move onto our servers as it is.
- If it can, we move it and your plan starts.
- If it needs work first (an old version, a broken upgrade, abandoned modules), the review comes with a fixed quote for a Store Rescue, and the $750 is credited against it. Every rescue ends on one of the two plans, with our guarantee: a mobile Lighthouse Performance score of 80 or more within 30 days of the rescue being finished, or the next month is free.
Looking for PrestaShop development, migrations or performance work rather than hosting? That's on the PrestaShop page.
No minimum term
No contract, no minimum term, no notice period. Cancel any month. Your code stays in your repository and your credentials stay yours the entire time.
