How an engagement works
Most stores start with a Stage 1 Technical Review ($750, fixed): we go through your code, database, and server and come back with written findings ranked by business impact, plus a fixed quote for the rescue. If you proceed, that $750 comes off the rescue price. You are never quoted a rescue before we have seen the code.
