Book a call about your store
A short call, about 15 minutes, to hear what's going on with your store and whether we can help. It costs nothing, and nobody is going to push you into a plan you don't need.
Rather pick up the phone? Call +1 (470) 754-0824, 9am–4pm ET on business days. Store down right now? Don't wait for a slot, go to emergency recovery.

What happens on the call
You don't need to prepare anything, and you don't need to know anything technical. Just the store's address and what's bothering you.
You tell us about the store
What it sells, roughly how it's doing, and what's been going wrong. Maybe the developer left, maybe updates scare you, maybe it just feels slow. We listen and ask a few questions.
We tell you what we'd look at
We tell you plainly what we think: what we'd look at first, and what can wait. If it's clear we're not the right fit, we say that too. That's a useful answer as well.
If it makes sense, a free review
We send you a short list of the access we need, go through a copy of your store, and within 3 business days you get a written list of what's wrong and a fixed price for the rest. No charge, and no obligation to go ahead.
Who you'll talk to
Usually Matjaž picks up the first call. Sometimes it's Aleš, who leads the engineering team, especially when the store's problem is a technical one.

Not ready to book? Write to us instead
Tell us a little about your store and we'll answer within one business day. If it's clear from what you write that we're not the right fit, we'll tell you that instead. It's a faster answer, and it costs you nothing.
