Message received — Emergency Store Recovery

Message received

We’ve got it — hang tight.

Your emergency request is in. We reply within one hour, seven days a week — an engineer who has actually read it and looked at your store, not an auto-responder.

What happens next: we read your message, take a first look at your store, and reply with what we think is wrong and a flat quote — before any work begins.

While you wait

  1. Back up immediately — database and files, via cPanel or SSH. Do this before anything else.
  2. Deploy nothing. No reinstalling the module, no blind rollback. Changes on top of a broken state make recovery slower.
  3. Write down the exact error and what you did immediately before it appeared.
  4. Enable debug mode temporarily to expose the stack trace — PrestaShop: PS_MODE_DEV = true. WordPress: WP_DEBUG. Turn it off again afterward.
  5. Have your store URL and a screenshot ready — that’s usually enough for a first read.

Need us faster?

Email us directly at ales@limonet.si and reference your store URL — that’s usually all we need for a first read.
